Are you a list enthusiast? A highly organised individual with an interest in cakes? Then I have just the role for you. I am looking for an administration assistant with the following skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in other relevant roles
  • Time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of accounting software i.e Xero 
  • A drivers license is preferable

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all enquiries are dealt within an effective and timely manner
  • Issuing invoices
  • Keeping on top of inventory
  • Answering phone calls
  • Managing and logging all enquires
