Are you a list enthusiast? A highly organised individual with an interest in cakes? Then I have just the role for you. I am looking for an administration assistant with the following skills:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in other relevant roles
- Time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- An understanding of accounting software i.e Xero
- A drivers license is preferable
- Ensuring all enquiries are dealt within an effective and timely manner
- Issuing invoices
- Keeping on top of inventory
- Answering phone calls
- Managing and logging all enquires
